Standard custom builds typically take 2 to 4 weeks to complete, while high-performance or specialized units may take longer. Once finished, shipping via freight usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
What is the core return policy and how do I receive my refund?
To receive your core refund, you must return your old transmission in the provided shipping container within 30 days of delivery. Once our technicians inspect the unit for rebuildable components, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Do your transmissions come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer industry-leading warranties ranging from 12 months to 3 years, depending on the specific model and performance level. Please ensure you follow the installation guidelines to maintain your coverage.
Do you offer international shipping for parts and full units?

Which transmission fluid should I use for my Monster Transmission?
We highly recommend using our proprietary Monster synthetic blend or a high-quality Dexron/Mercon fluid as specified in your installation manual. Using the incorrect fluid can lead to premature wear and may void your warranty.
Can I track my order once it has been picked up by the carrier?
Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive an automated email with the freight carrier's name and a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery progress.
